Your Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll take the helm to drive growth, improve customer experiences, and champion Flexofold’s mission of excellence. This is an opportunity to bring your regatta sailing insights to a role that directly impacts the sailing industry. You'll interact with professional boatyards, passionate sailors, and international stakeholders to ensure our products remain the preferred choice for performance-driven sailors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand relationships with boatyards such as Dufour, Beneteau, Jeanneau, Hanse, and Bavaria.
  • Drive sales growth in both BtB and direct-to-consumer segments, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Flexofold at global trade fairs and exhibitions, showcasing our world-class propellers to the sailing community.
  • Enhance online sales platforms, improving customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide expert advice to sailors, addressing technical questions and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen operational processes and align with group-wide synergies.

About You

  • Sailing Expertise: A background in regatta sailing or a deep knowledge of the sailing community is essential.
  • Commercial Insight: Proven success in international sales, preferably with durable or technical products.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to connect with sailors, boatyards, and dealers, understanding their unique needs.
  • Hands-On Attitude: A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
  • Cultural Fit: A positive mindset with a passion for teamwork, motivation, and accountability.
