Christian handles recruitment projects within the Food & Beverage industry and manages Outplacement and HR Due diligence. He has a background from leading positions in international food companies for example, Rahbekfisk and Danpo as well as FMCG companies e.g. LEGO. He has experience as interim CEO with turnaround assignment, Board work and from his own startup company.

In recent years, Christian has worked with management consulting and recruitment at different organizational levels. He holds an Executive MBA in Change Management and Leadership and a Diploma in Board & Ledership and a Bsc in International Marketing

Christian has a passion for food and wine and he is enjoys regatta sailing, tennis and squash.
